Proudly sponsored by JAN-PRO® Systems International and JAN-PRO® Franchise Development, the Scholarship Program was designed to assist JAN-PRO® Cleaning & Disinfecting and JAN-PRO® Commercial Cleaning certified franchisees, their spouses, children or grandchildren who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full or part-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
The program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor, and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.

2024 proudly marks our 10th Anniversary of the program. Since its launch in 2014, the JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting Your Family First Scholarship Program has seen great success and is once again looking forward to another fantastic year of scholarships.
Looking back at the history of the program, we have accomplished so much since we started in 2014 —having awarded over $440,000 in scholarships and helped over 290 students —all within our JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting & JAN-PRO Commercial Cleaning community.
Every day JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting & JAN-PRO Commercial Cleaning help people realize their dreams of business ownership, but there is something extra special about taking the time to help members of our own JAN-PRO family achieve their dreams through higher education.
Eligibility
All applicants must:

- Be a JAN-PRO® Cleaning & Disinfecting or JAN-PRO® Commercial Cleaning unit franchise owner or spouse, dependent child, or grandchild of an eligible unit franchise owner*.
- Be high school graduates by July 31, 2024, or current postsecondary undergraduate or graduate level students.
- Plan to enroll in full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the 2025 spring semester.
Note: Employees of unit franchisees are not eligible. Regional developers, their spouses, children and regional development employees are ineligible to participate in this scholarship program.
*An eligible JAN-PRO® Cleaning & Disinfecting or JAN-PRO® Commercial Cleaning unit franchise owner is defined as a Certified Business Owner in good standing for at least one year as of the application deadline date.
