Jan-Pro Development has a number of plans designed to fit your needs and goals, starting as low as $1,250 and going up to $50,000. At a minimum, you’ll need $1,250 for the down payment and $900 for Jan-Pro Development’s starter kit. Jan-Pro Development also recommends having at least $1,000 in savings to cover emergencies.

At Jan-Pro Development, you have the freedom and flexibility to decide how much time and money you want to invest – so your monthly revenue depends on the number and size of accounts you want to have. For example, if you just want to dip your toes in the water, our lowest plan generally equates to $500 a month
