JAN-PRO Franchise Development has a number of plans designed to fit your needs and goals, starting as low as $5,000 and going up to $50,000. At a minimum, you’ll need $5,000 for the down payment and $1,000 for a starter kit. JAN-PRO Franchise Development also recommends having at least $1,000 in savings (working capital) to cover emergencies.*

2. How much revenue can I expect each month?
That’s up to you! As a franchisee , you have the freedom and flexibility to decide how much time and money you want to invest – so your monthly revenue depends on the number and size of accounts you want to have. For example, if you just want to dip your toes in the water, our lowest plan generally equates to revenue of $500 a month.
3. Do I need to have cleaning experience?
Not at all! JAN-PRO Franchise Development has an extensive five-course certification program for its franchisees that is included with all franchise plans and will equip you with all the skills you’ll need to service your accounts and run your business.
4. Do I need to find my own accounts?
Once again, not at all! JAN-PRO Franchise Development has a dedicated team of sales professionals who find guaranteed clients for you, so no selling is necessary.
5. Do I need to buy equipment?
You’ll need to purchase the starter to perform basic cleaning services. If you choose to provide additional services, additional equipment might be required.
6. Can I keep my full-time job?
You sure can! The franchise plans are very flexible and allow you to decide how much time you want to spend on your business. JAN-PRO Franchise Development has options for you that can take as little as three hours per week.
7. Do you do background checks?
Safety and trust are extremely important to the brand promise, so background checks are performed on anyone who wants to purchase a franchise.

9. How do I get started?
Complete the online form or call them to let them know you’re interested. If you’re a good fit for each other, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss all the nitty, gritty details with you. If you’re still interested after that, JAN-PRO Franchise Development will share the official franchise disclosure document with you. You’ll be eligible to move forward with purchasing a franchise 14 days after receiving that document and signing the disclosure receipt.
